A blend of herbs to help relieve the symptoms of menopause.

• Motherwort - menstrual irregularity, palpitations, and nervous problems associated with menopause
• Black Cohosh - oestrogen modulating, uterine tonic, reduces hot flushes
• Shatavari - tonic for female reproductive system, low libido
• Red Clover - source of oestrogen-like isoflavones, helps balance hormones
• Siberian Ginseng - adaptogen, improves physical and mental performance
• Dandelion - stimulates liver function
• Fennel seed - adds a gentle sweetness, helps relieve bloating
• Cinnamon - helps balance blood sugar levels, and reduce sugar cravings

Add 2 tsp of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water, Steep for 5-10min. Strain. Drink 2-4 cups per day.
