Botanical Name: Melissa officinalis

Lemon balm is used in soups, salads, sauces, herb vinegars, poultry and fish.

For treatment of nervous disorders, anxiety, mild depression, restlessness and irritability. Also used for indigestion, bloating, nausea and acidity caused by anxiety.

Lemon balm relieves cold sores and reduces reoccurrences.

Other Uses

Lemon Balm can be added to potpourri and herb pillows.
