How To Use

Marshmallow leaf tea can be enjoyed hot or cold. To enjoy the full soothing benefits of marshmallow leaf, try cold herbal infusions. This maintains the mucilage for more pain relief & soothing benefits. While hot infusions tend to break down the mucilage to a certain point. Both still yield impressive herbal benefits.
