- If I order loose dried brahmi, how do I use it. Do I ingest the leaves? What would be the dosage. Do I need to prepare the brahmi in any way before ingesting or can I take the leaves whole?
Thanks - 3-5g of dried Brahmi can be taken twice a day as an infusion or included in food.
