Sleep Time Tea
A blend of gentle herbs to lull you into a blissful sleep.
• Chamomile - mild sedative for insomnia, calming to the digestive and nervous systems
• Catnip - a calming sedative, relaxes spasms, relieves nervous tension
• Lemon Balm - sedative herb, improves digestion, relaxes spasms
• Passionflower - cooling sedative, relieves pain, spasms and onset insomnia
• Skullcap - nervine tonic relieves, stress, anxiety, irritability and insomnia
Add 2 tsp of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water, Steep for 5-10min. Strain. Drink 1-2cups late afternoon & night
