How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink 2-4 cups per day. After straining, the tea can be placed in the fridge for a healthy, refreshing, cooling herbal tea drink.
