Dried hops (Humulus lupulus) are the papery, cone-shaped female flowers of the hop vine, best known for their role in brewing but prized in herbalism for centuries. These certified organic hop flowers are intensely bitter and deeply aromatic, with a long tradition of use as a natural sleep aid and digestive bitter.
