Eat your garden - Organic gardening for home and schools

I have purchased a 2nd copy of this book for myself after giving as a gift to a novice gardener. Of course, I couldn't help but sneak-peek the 1st, as it was such an attractively presented book. I love the way it is simply set out and so informative, with comprehensive and practical ideas, as well as providing further references. As a retired teacher, I wish I had this resource for my classroom years ago.
