Botanical Name: Thymus pulegioides 'Andersons Gold'

  • A mounded plant with golden-green leaves

  • Pink flowers in summer

  • Prefers a sunny position and good drainage.

  • Suitable to grow between pavers

  • Great addition to the cottage garden as well as rockeries and an attractive edging plant.

Culinary

  • Can be used in the same way as regular thyme, but has a milder flavour with a hint of lemon, akin to lemon thyme
