A blend of herbs to relieve constipation.
• Cascara - laxative, tonic effect on the liver and digestion
• Yellow Dock - laxative, stimulates the liver and gall bladder
• Dandelion - stimulates liver function, bitter tonic, improves digestion, mild laxative
• Marshmallow - soothes inflammation in the digestive tract, modifies bowel flora
• Fennel - reduces flatulence, inflammation and relaxes spasms
• Peppermint - reduces flatulence, improves digestion and relaxes spasms
How to Use:
Add 20g of dried herb mix to 750ml of cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-30 minutes until the liquid reduces to 500ml. This makes enough for 3 doses. Drink 1 cup half an hour before each meal.
Servings:
Each 100g pack provides approximately 15 total doses.
