A blend of herbs to relieve constipation.
• Cascara - laxative, tonic effect on the liver and digestion• Yellow Dock - laxative, stimulates the liver and gall bladder• Dandelion - stimulates liver function, bitter tonic, improves digestion, mild laxative• Marshmallow - soothes inflammation in the digestive tract, modifies bowel flora• Fennel - reduces flatulence, inflammation and relaxes spasms• Peppermint - reduces flatulence, improves digestion and relaxes spasms
Add 20g of dried herb mix to 750ml of cold water, bring to boil and simmer 20-30min till amount reduces to 500ml, makes enough for 3 doses.Drink 1 cup ½ hour before each meal.
