• Fennel seed - adds a gentle sweetness, helps relieve bloating
• Cinnamon - helps balance blood sugar levels, and reduce sugar cravings
How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink up to 4 cups per day as needed.
