This is a lovely tasting tea. I am yet to have tried it for long enough to see if it reduces my hot flushes. Customer Service and other products I purchased are great.

I’ve been trying different menopause herbal teas for a few months and this one has been the most effective for me. Not only has it reduced my hotflushes from around 8/day to 3/day; the hot flushes aren’t as intense as they were. This tea is slso significantly more affordable than other blends I’ve tried and I can order herbs for my garden at the same time 😃 I don’t like the taste but a bit of stevia helps cut through the bitterness. Will def be buying again

If left too long in the hot water, I find it then has a slight bitter taste. I find this has helped with minimising hot flushes. Mudbrick Herb Cottage have a lot of great herbs. A huge variety of herbs you don't find at your local nursery. Fast postage as well.

I look forward to a my cups of this tea everyday! The flavour is unique and subtle with the mixed flavours of the herbs, notably loving the hint of dandelion along with cinnamon. I add oat milk with my tea and sometimes a small dash of maple syrup if I feel I need a little sweetening :) As for my symptoms with Menopause, I really cannot say I have had any, other than my size measurements around the middle have changed, yet In reality for me that’s just not about menopause.

I received my tea quickly. I don’t mind though taste sometimes it seems more bitter than other times. My hot flushes aren’t so severe or frequent though I am also taking an across the counter supplement for menopause as well.

I love your store , however the tea was not to my taste. I didn’t even try it because it smells pungent like Indian soup and I just didn’t want to try it.
