I have tried the tea both hot and made hot then chilled. It’s ok both ways. I’ve only been drinking for a few data so far, but I did sleep better the first night I drank it.

I received my tea quickly. I don’t mind though taste sometimes it seems more bitter than other times. My hot flushes aren’t so severe or frequent though I am also taking an across the counter supplement for menopause as well.
