AustraliaI love spices, I am always in search for some new ingredients. Lately I found that instead of chewing nuts in front of the TV, I chew cinnamon sticks, they are less fat, and they taste delicious. Of course when I cook apples I use cinnamon. It is an anti inflammatory, I put cinnamon powder everywhere I can. I like it also because it is organic.
