Orders that have Plants are sent by Express Post Monday and Tuesday.

In most cases, they arrive within 2 days and should arrive by Friday. Please contact us if they have not arrived, and we can help.

Step 1:

• Remove any tape and unwrap the plants carefully.
• Remove any yellow or damaged leaves

Step 2:

• Submerge tubes in a container of water or weak seaweed solution until air bubbles stop.
• Do NOT leaves tubes submerged.

Step 3:

• Plant your herbs as soon as possible.
• If you don't make sure to repeat step 2 daily and give them sun everyday until planted.

Orders without plants are sent the same day if ordered before 1:30 pm. Monday to Thursday.

Depending if you selected regular or express, your order should take 1-14 days to arrive.
