Cold and Flu Tea - 50g

This mix is known as YEP Tea. Yarrow, Elderflower and Peppermint make a great combination to relieve the symptoms of cold and flu. It's a signature product in our herbal tea range.

• Yarrow - reduces fever and inflammation
• Elderflower - reduces fever, catarrh, inflammation and tones the mucous membranes
• Peppermint - decongestant and relieves the headache associated with cold & flu

How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink up to 4 cups per day as needed.

Servings:
Each 50g pack provides approximately 16 servings.

Woke up 4 days ago feeling terrible, developed a sudden and horrid head cold over night, have been drinking this tea 2 times a day every day and now i am much better. Rated 5 out of 5. Cold & Flu Tea Works?. I felt a head cold coming on after catching a chill at a meeting I had at a workspace that was freezing cold. I made the tea that same day and drank it morning and night for the next few days and it really works. I was able to fend off the head cold and not have it develop into anything worse like the flu or a chest infection which is what usually happens to me when I get sick. Rated 5 out of 5. Really Helps. I bought this tea for my teen son who suffered pretty badly with the flu last year. This year when he came down with it I gave him this tea to drink. He felt improvement in his symptoms within a few hours and recovered completely in only 2 days.
