We've used lemon balm over the years as a ground cover and useful tea and medicinal herb, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a lime varietal at Mudbrick Cottage.

As always, our order came promptly, with a beautiful and health specimen ready to be planted in an interim pot over winter.

We are also really pleased with the support, videos and advices that Mudbrick provides- along with their acknowledgments in the order. This is personal touch that we really appreciate and it sets Mudbrick apart from other nurseries around Australia.

We will definitely be purchasing from them again come spring.

I loved how my plants arrived and the use of recycled items to package them. The lime balm took off and is growing brilliantly. Sadly I lost the lemon thyme which I put down to all the recent rain :( Look forward to shopping when I have few things to get at once again.

Plants arrived in good condition, and within 3 days of order placed. Fastest delivery yet in Covid lockdown times when all other companies seem to be struggling with delivery timeframes. I've ordered about 4-5 dozen plants from here over 3 separate orders and have had no issues.

I wanted Lemon Balm and it was sold out. I thought I’d try the Lime Balm instead. Replacing one of my favourite herbs was never going to be easy. My parcel arrived so well packed and the bundle of plants were all happy and still thriving. The Lime Balm is sooo tasty and the leaves are just a little stronger than the Lemon Balm. It’s in my garden now and I’ve already tried a little of it in a small salad. It’s delicious. Looks like I was wrong. I ordered a range of herbs from Mudbrick Cottage, and was thrilled when they arrived really well packed, healthy and above all damp. They are now planted and thriving. I just wish all online plant suppliers were as efficient and caring.

I recently purchased: Lime Balm; Roman Chamomile; Nepitella,; Gotu Kota; Pink Savoury; Echinacea Purpura; Pineapple Sage; Egyptian Mint; Asian Greens Tatsoi Purple and Asian Greens Mitzuna Purple.All plants arrived within a few days of the order and all were very carefully packed (there were even instructions for unpacking) - which of course, being a man, didn’t read. The attention to detail was obvious as was the intention that all plants should arrive in the best health possible - and this aim was achieved.The most you can expect when purchasing live things online is that what you order arrives quickly and in good condition. This order was probably the best I have ever received although I wouldnt have minded terribly if someone from Herb Cottage had acompanied the order and planted the Herbs for me. Despite having to plant every one of them myself, I really do thoink the whole process was pretty slick.A week or so later and the plants are yielding enough growth to allow me to use them in sufficient quantity for herbal teas and cooking. Indeed soon they will be overflowing their tubs and marching into the kitchen such is their vigour.
