Organic black tea (Camellia sinensis) scented with bergamot, the fragrant citrus that has made Earl Grey a favourite cup for nearly two centuries. Bright, aromatic and certified organic, this is the black tea to slow down with.

Hot: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water and steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Try it black with a twist of lemon first.
London Fog: Brew it strong, then top with steamed milk and a drop of vanilla or honey.
Make it French-style: Add a pinch of Organic Red Rose Petals for a French Earl Grey, or a little Lavender for a floral cup.
The blend is named after Charles, the second Earl Grey, who was British Prime Minister in the 1830s and was reputedly gifted the recipe. Bergamot is a fragrant citrus whose peel oil gives the tea its signature perfume.
Store it sealed away from light and strong odours. The bergamot aroma fades before the tea does, so it is at its best within a year.
