• Lemon Verbena - calming and invigorating, adds a gentle lemon flavour.
• Aniseed  - aids breast milk production, improves digestion, and adds a gentle licorice flavour.
• Fenugreek encourages breast milk production and relieves a range of digestive issues.
• Cinnamon cassia - helps maintain blood sugar levels and adds a sweet flavour while decreasing sugar cravings.
