There are several other items including garlic and, trust me, no monster will enter that house again. The orange etc spray is to cleanse the air. Monsters hate to be in a room that smells good. Because she was on a diet, it would not have been thoughtful to send chocolates. So I googled "send plants" and up bobbed Mudbrick Herb Cottage.
