Allspice is a dried, unripe berry from the Pimenta dioica tree. Our organic allspice comes finely ground.

It's a common ingredient in many cuisines and is often used to add a warm, spicy flavor to dishes. Allspice is best paired with hearty dishes such as stews, roasts and curries, as well as baked goods like cakes, cookies and pies (and anything apple!).

Allspice is known to also help reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and enhance circulation.
