Very happy, plants were healthy on arrival and doing well

Hello, the basil plants arrived healthy and happy, so much so that I kept them in their original containers for two weeks so that I could plant them by the moon, (two days after the new moon). While I was waiting, they grew two centimeters. A testament to their good health.
Thank you
Peter

I’ve been ordering plants from Herb Cottage for years. They are always top quality and beautifully packed.

Excellent, my pklant arrived promptly and in very good condition. It's growing well and tastes great.

So beautifully prepared and very prompt and efficient delivery - thank you.

Perennial basil came in good condition. It grew really well and coped with the heat we've been having considering it wasn't yet established.

Planted and growing well thanks

Living in a small seaside village can make it difficult to obtain some less common plants. I was able to order my perennial basil from Mudbrick Cottage and was very happy with the whole process. The basil arrived by post in a very short time in excellent condition. Instructions were included on how best to treat the plant once it arrived which was very helpful. My basil is now in a large terracotta pot in my herb garden and the bees love it, especially the small black “carpentaria” native bees. Many thanks Sandra!

The basil has immediately taken to the garden and is growing well - also delicious. Glad I'll have this one around for more than just a single season!

Great! Plant arrived in a healthy state. I followed the instructions with regards to watering and planting and it is thriving

I had a very pleasant overal experience. I was well informed over the prograss of my pacakge. The plants were packed in a way that they were not damaged. The video was most helpful in confirming what I would have done with the plants. The basil is happily growing in its spot. We are very happy with the purchase so far. Ordering and delivery were excellent. We appreciate the support and knowledge shared. We highly recommend ordering here if you can't find certain plants in your area!

I'm delighted (and relieved!) to say that all 3 herb seedlings made a perfect landing via AusPost in perfect condition. They were packed with utmost care and not even a teaspoon of soil was dislodged.Equally as important - all seedings were probably the healthiest I've seen, and they've taken off beautifully. Thanks you Sandra!Yvonne GrantAdelaide.

Overall packaging was excellent. Delivery time was very speedy. Herbs are growing along nicely. Only lost on perennial basil but that’s gardening. I will definitely be purchasing more plants . Staff very helpful and friendly.

Prompt service, plant arrived in good condition and doing well. Thanks.

"This perennial basil is believed to be a cross of Ocimum basilicum and Ocimum kilimanscharicum." They shouldn't be selling this basil as THE perennial basil. The true perennial basil is Ocimum gratissimum.

Buying new herbs from Mudbrick was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. I'll definitely be back for more. Well packed, excellent service and post-purchase care for those of us with a less than green thumb. My little herb collection is growing excellently and they all appear to be thriving.
