Heymatcha's Ceremonial Grade Matcha has a vivid green colour, smooth taste and is packed with health benefits.
It is produced in Uji Japan from shade grown tea, which is carefully selected and picked from the first harvest, then steamed, dried and slowly stone-ground into a fine bright green powder.
Matcha is densely packed with nutrients and antioxidants, with one serving of matcha tea providing the health benefits of up to 10 cups of regular green tea. Benefits include increased focus & alertness, improved metabolism, boosted immune system, clearer skin and many more.
Drinking ceremonial matcha also gives a slow released energy boost, without the jitters or 'crash' associated with coffee.
How to prepare Matcha Tea
1. Add 1-2g of matcha powder and sift into a bowl or mug
2. Add 70ml of hot water (ideally 80°C)
3. Whisk in a 'M' or 'W' motion until a foam covers the entire top of the matcha
4. Drink immediately & Enjoy!
