- Couchgrass - diuretic, relieves irritation of urinary tract
- Juniper - antiseptic, improves urine flow
- Marshmallow - soothes pain and relieves irritation. Anti-inflammatory and hydrating, it coats, cools & soothes irritated tissues.
How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 3-4 cups throughout the day as needed.
