I think I did the process wrong. But I got great plants in excellent condition and really fast. Will definitely be ordering more.

Very happy with my parsley which is growing well on a sunny windowsill. Even though postal delays meant the plants took a couple of days longer than expected, they arrived in good condition. The video instructions were helpful and the plants all doing well.

Overall the herbs were wrapped suitably for plants to travel well and most of the plants lived except for three - curled parsley (which was to be my favourite) which looked almost dying as the shoots were tiny and didn’t have much root. The two hyssops which I wanted so much and the reason why I bought from you is because you’re one of the few that sells them but also didn’t survive and the self love is now almost dying. Hoping the others will do better.

Plant was heathy and looked good. Next day it was gone.

I recently purchased some herb plants, the delivery was super quick and the herbs arrived perfectly. I’m a bit of a rookie when it comes to growing herbs but the information pamphlets and follow up emails gave me a great understanding of where to start and how to grow my herbs correctly. I’m so impressed, along with the plants being organically grown I’ve just placed a second order to expand my little herb garden :)

Unfortunately they forgot to send me the tracking number to track my post. By the time I called and found out if they sent them out. I found out my plants were sitting the post office all day........ So two of my plants didn’t make it .....

I have placed quite a few orders through Mudbrick Cottage & cannot praise this service enough. I also purchase plants from another online shop but Mudbrick Cottage are superior in every way. The order arrives very quickly (within a day or 2) as the plants are sent express post so there is less chance for the plant to dry out and they are wrapped very securely, in a way that the plant is not damaged during the transportation process. They often include a small black & white pamphlet which offers a little information on the plant. I am extremely impressed with the care & professionalism Mudbrick Cottage undertake when selling their products & am very happy to recommend them. Maria

In the 3 weeks since my parsley arrived it's doubled in size. Followed the potting and watering instructions and bring it inside at night because it still cold here.
