Traditional uses include; nausea and dyspepsia, IBS, abdominal bloating, constipation, liver and gallbladder conditions, high cholesterol, elevated triglycerides, atherosclerosis, diabetes, chronic eczema and skin conditions.
Stimulates bile production, restorative to liver cells, hypocholesterolaemic, diuretic, antispasmodic, antioxidant, depurative.
