Lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) is one of the best-known women's herbs of European tradition. This certified organic, Australian-grown lady's mantle makes a mild, earthy tea and has been valued by herbalists for centuries.

Lady's mantle tea: Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried lady's mantle to a cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. The cup is mild, earthy and lightly astringent. It can be enjoyed through the month.
Blending: A natural companion to Raspberry Leaf and Chamomile. For a tarter cup it also sits well with Sheep Sorrel.
The botanical name Alchemilla honours the medieval alchemists, who collected the pure beads of dew that gather in the centre of its pleated leaves.
The common name comes from the leaf's scalloped, cloak-like shape, thought to resemble a lady's mantle, and from the herb's long association with women's care.
