Elderberries are our contagion saviour

These little berries not only taste great in a tea, they have 'saved' us on multiple occasions from flus, colds and viruses. Last week we flew back from Thailand and the man in the aisle seat directly behind us coughed, sniffed and sneezed for 9 hours and didn't wear a mask or cover his mouth. Even the flight staff were mortified, but he didn't care. We drank the tea as soon as we got home and then again just before bed. Four days later and we are still fine! I recommend this product for anyone who gets exposed to other peoples' viruses - whether it's the kids, the air conditioning or ignorant people who think its ok to spread their germs around.

Solid nights sleep

I had reishi mushrooms recommended to me for deep sleep and they did not disappoint. While I don’t have issues getting to sleep, I did regularly wake up throughout the night. I’m now taking a reishi mushroom tea before bed and having the best full-night sleep I’ve had in a long time.
