How to Use

Reishi tea: Stir 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of reishi mushroom powder into a cup of hot water or broth. Simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes for a fuller extraction. The flavour is earthy and slightly bitter, pairing well with honey, cacao, or chai spices.

Blending: For a comprehensive mushroom blend, combine with Lions Mane for cognitive support or Cordyceps for energy. Add to coffee or hot chocolate for a daily functional mushroom boost. Also pairs well with Astragalus for immune support.

Reishi has been called "lingzhi" in traditional practice for over 2,000 years, meaning "spiritual potency." It was so highly prized that it was reserved for royalty and depicted in ancient artwork as a symbol of longevity and good fortune.

Reishi mushroom is generally considered non-toxic to dogs, and some pet supplements contain reishi. However, it is best to consult a veterinarian before giving medicinal mushrooms to pets.
