At times l have gone to process an order overseas and the cost of freight was going to be more the amount of my order and my orders are rarely under $100 US with the exchange rate, the vitamins 90 tabs were $75 US and the postage was $80 US, so sadly l cancelled them. So…….. imagine my great surprise that just down the road is Herb Cottage, didn’t even know you existed. So l immediately jumped online an saw what l wanted plus a few extra bits an pieces, and put my order in and as l live on the northern end of the Gold Coast and l am a bit of compulsive shopper, l had it delivered. I ordered early Sunday morning and it arrived yesterday, Tuesday. Now l can’t complain about service an no it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Everything was individually wrapped in reseal Jenni Hudson , June 2022.

I was looking for chicory online expecting to have to order overseas and pay through the nose for it plus the postage/freight. At times l have gone to process an order overseas and the cost of freight was going to be more the amount of my order and my orders are rarely under $100 US with the exchange rate, the vitamins 90 tabs were $75 US and the postage was $80 US, so sadly l cancelled them. So…….. imagine my great surprise that just down the road is Herb Cottage, didn’t even know you existed. So l immediately jumped online an saw what l wanted plus a few extra bits an pieces, and put my order in and as l live on the northern end of the Gold Coast and l am a bit of compulsive shopper, l had it delivered. Everything was individually wrapped in resealable bags then the top was heat sealed so basically a double seal and was packed very well. So all in all what l wanted was a lot cheaper from Herb Cottage and l was able to purchase another four items for about the same price as l would of paid from America. Oh l wish l had of found you sooner, you will be hearing from me shortly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jenni, Gold Coast Qld.
