After I unsuccessfully trying to secure some plants several times, I decided to email the team at mudbrick herb cottage when I received one of their cart followup emails. That's when they did magic. They managed to secure the plants I was trying to secure and prepared my order at the backend. Once payment was processed. My box of plants arrived super speedily within 2-3 days. They were all neatly labelled, taped, wrapped & boxed with care instructions.
