Sleep Time Tea - 50g

A blend of gentle herbs to lull you into a blissful sleep.

• Chamomile - mild sedative for insomnia, calming to the digestive and nervous systems
• Catnip - a calming sedative, relaxes spasms, relieves nervous tension
• Lemon Balm - sedative herb, improves digestion, relaxes spasms
• Passionflower - cooling sedative, relieves pain, spasms and onset insomnia
• Skullcap - nervine tonic relieves, stress, anxiety, irritability and insomnia

How to Use:
Add 2 teaspoons of dried herb mix to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink 1-2 cups before bedtime.

Servings:
Each 50g pack provides approximately 36 servings.

The sleeping tea is great, I have one cup about 30 minutes to an hour before going to bed and I have a deep relaxing sleep and am not tired in the morning.It didn’t work the first night but the second night and continuing after that it works perfectly, so keep in mind if you miss a night of it, it may take the second night to kick in again.It is a nice flavour, not herby tasting at all, I find it quite pleasant.
