This is just a awsome tasting tea, I even drink it during the day.

Taste nice with teaspoon of honey, doesn't help me sleep though.

I, travel a lot for work and work long hours. I suffer jet lag, sleep time tea is amazing it really helps me get back to a regular sleep pattern. Not only does it really work, it also has a pleasant taste. I highly recommend this tea for a natural alternative as a sleep aid.

The sleeping tea is great, I have one cup about 30 minutes to an hour before going to bed and I have a deep relaxing sleep and am not tired in the morning.It didn’t work the first night but the second night and continuing after that it works perfectly, so keep in mind if you miss a night of it, it may take the second night to kick in again.It is a nice flavour, not herby tasting at all, I find it quite pleasant.

We love Sleep Time Tea and are keen to see it available in bigger bags. It has a great calming effect after work. Before bed we mix it half/half with Tulsi for a tasty infusion and good night's sleep. Highly recommend

Sleepy time tea is the bomb. I’ve been making up a pot in the afternoon and find it really relaxing after a busy day . It’s helped me to unwind and settle and been good for feelings of anxiety. It’s really pleasant and helping me get off to sleep and stay asleep. Love it 💕

The sleepy time tea is delicious I usually find camomile too overpowering, however this combination was perfect and created a soothing effect.
