I've never bought anything 'fresh' online before, so I was a little worried that the 'Warrigal Greens' I purchased might not be all that great after travelling from QLD to NSW, but I couldn't be happier! The whole experience from Mudbrick Herb cottage has been amazing.I registered my interest through the website in purchasing 'Warrigal Greens' when it was back in stock, and a few weeks later I received an email letting me know there was some to purchase! The purchase process was very easy and secure through the website, and at each stage I received emails confirming that my order was received, payment processed, item shipped, and when it was due to arrive. Close to arrival, I received an email with a link to a video on how it would arrive to me, how to unpack and plant it (with instructions for directly into the ground or in pots, which was very helpful). I was also a little worried that Anonymous , February 2023.

I made the mistake - Herb Cottage fixed it up.The staff, the service, the tone, the language, the culture and the especially the quality of the product are beyond reproach. I have never dealt with an internet product service as excellent as this. Many thanks to all of the people I dealt with all the way from SA.Herb Cottage were recommended by a friend and after having tried their delicious recipe for betel leaf, I am now looking forward to 'consuming' the warrigal greens Frances , February 2023.
