I've never bought anything 'fresh' online before, so I was a little worried that the 'Warrigal Greens' I purchased might not be all that great after travelling from QLD to NSW, but I couldn't be happier! The whole experience from Mudbrick Herb cottage has been amazing.I registered my interest through the website in purchasing 'Warrigal Greens' when it was back in stock, and a few weeks later I received an email letting me know there was some to purchase! The purchase process was very easy and secure through the website, and at each stage I received emails confirming that my order was received, payment processed, item shipped, and when it was due to arrive. Close to arrival, I received an email with a link to a video on how it would arrive to me, how to unpack and plant it (with instructions for directly into the ground or in pots, which was very helpful). I was also a little worried that coming to a different climate that the greens may not fare that well, but they've just taken off! Thank you so much Mudbrick herb cottage, I cannot recommend you highly enough.

The service is professional, the quality of the product is always excellent and they’re delivered in a timely manner. I always look forward to purchasing from Mudbrick Herb Cottage because I know there won’t be any problems.

I made the mistake - Herb Cottage fixed it up.The staff, the service, the tone, the language, the culture and the especially the quality of the product are beyond reproach. I have never dealt with an internet product service as excellent as this. Many thanks to all of the people I dealt with all the way from SA.Herb Cottage were recommended by a friend and after having tried their delicious recipe for betel leaf, I am now looking forward to 'consuming' the warrigal greens

I was a little sceptical about receiving plants in the post but my herbs arrived safely and looked very healthy. I followed the planting instructions and now they are thriving on my balcony! Very happy with my purchase!

Plant arrived quickly and healthy. Thank you so much!

When I could not find Warrigal Greens anywhere, Mudbrick Herb Cottage told me they may have some once they had checked their stock. This turned out to be true and I got the last one available in Australia I believe. They even sent 2 complimentary chillies as I wanted 2 but there was only one. All of the plants I have bought online here arrived safely and promptly and have transplanted successfully into the ground with the generous and practical advice that accompanied the plant’s delivery.

Herbs arrived in an excellent condition and so far are surviving well

I was blown away by the range of herbs online! I could find everything I was after. The herbs arrived after travelling from QLD to VIC and they were so healthy and had been packaged so well, I was amazed at their health after such a long journey. The support was great as the Herb Cottage team sent through a video on how to care for your plants when they arrived which was very helpful. The plants are still happy and are growing incredibly well! Overall a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be happier with my herbs.
